Our spacious new office is now open at Dobson
Village, on the Northeast corner of Dobson and Frye, across
the street from Chandler Regional Hospital. The new office
has separate waiting rooms for sick and well
children, and a large breastfeeding room for lactation
services. |

A charge of $25 will be levied for breastfeeding consultation apointments scheduled with Paulie Gatchel and cancelled without 24 hours notice

Canceling/Rescheduling Appointments:
We appreciate you calling us 24 hours in
advance if your child’s appointment
needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
This allows us to use that appointment
slot for another sick child. |

| You are welcome to call us with questions regarding the
health of your child during regular office hours. Dr. Sudha,
Dr. Valenzuela, Neva Schwartz, Pediatric Nurse Practioner, Danita Cyronek R.N., Monika Creasy LPN will return phone calls either
between patients, at lunch or at the end of the day. All
messages are answered before the staff leaves the office. If
your message is urgent, please let the front desk know, in order for us
to respond immediately. |
