Our spacious office is located in Dobson Village, on the Northeast corner of Dobson and Frye, across the street from Chandler Regional Medical Center. Our office has separate waiting areas for sick and well children, and a large comfortable breastfeeding room for lactation services.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

A charge of $25 will be levied for well child check appointments scheduled with Dr, Sudha, Neva Schwartz CPNP., or Carolyn Smeltzer CPNP and cancelled/rescheduled without 24 hours notice.

Sick visit appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 2 hours notice will also be charged $25.

Breastfeeding Consultation Hours
Tuesday 9 AM to 4 PM
Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM
A charge of $25 will be levied for breastfeeding consultation appointments scheduled with Paulie Gatchell (Lactation Consultant) and cancelled/rescheduled without 24 hours notice.

Developmental/Behavioral Consultation Hours
Monday, Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
A charge of $25 will be levied for appointments scheduled with Dorothy Rzewnicki and cancelled/rescheduled without 24 hours notice.
Canceling/Rescheduling Appointments: We appreciate you calling us 24 hours in advance if your child’s well check appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled and 2 hours notice for a sick visit appointment. This allows us to use that appointment slot for another sick child.
 
   
You are welcome to call us with questions regarding the health of your child during regular office hours. Dr. Sudha, Neva Schwartz, PNP, Carolyn Smeltzer, PNP, or the triage nurse will return phone calls either between patients, at lunch or at the end of the day. All messages are answered before the staff leaves the office. Please inform the front office staff appropriately when you have a specific message for Paulie Gatchell or Dorothy Rzewnicki. If your message is urgent, please let the front desk know, in order for us to respond immediately.
