Our spacious office is located in Dobson
Village, on the Northeast corner of Dobson and Frye, across
the street from Chandler Regional Medical Center. Our office
has separate waiting areas for sick and well
children, and a large comfortable breastfeeding room for lactation
services. |

A charge of $25 will be levied for breastfeeding consultation apointments scheduled with Paulie Gatchell (Lactation Consultant) and cancelled without 24 hours notice

Cancelling/Rescheduling Appointments:
We appreciate you calling us 24 hours in
advance if your child’s appointment
needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
This allows us to use that appointment
slot for another sick child. |

| You are welcome to call us with questions regarding the
health of your child during regular office hours. Dr. Sudha,
Dr. Valenzuela, Neva Schwartz, Pediatric Nurse Practioner, or the triage nurse will return phone calls either
between patients, at lunch or at the end of the day. All
messages are answered before the staff leaves the office. If
your message is urgent, please let the front desk know, in order for us
to respond immediately. |
